摘要
采用盆栽土培方法,在灭菌和不灭菌条件下研究了棉花在3种土壤上生长时对两种VAMF菌株的反应。结果表明,棉花对VAMF有很强的依赖性,接种外源VAMF可以改变棉花VAMF的感染曲线和棉花磷素的吸收模式。提出棉花优势VAMF的评价标准:起始感染速度快,前期感染强度大,满足宿主前中期磷素需要;中期最高感染率不过高(<65%),最经济地利用宿主碳水化合物。筛选出Glomus属的sp.优势新种,在黄淮海棉区具有应用前景。
The effect of two indigenous strains of VAMF on cotton were tested by pot soil cul-ture under sterilizing or not sterilizing condition. The result showed that cotton highly depend-ed on VAMF for growth and development,it also showed that inoculation of foreign VAMFcould change the infective curve of VAMF and the normal phosphorus absorption of cotton. A new criteria advanced by us that dorminant VAMF strains of cotton characterised by fast in-fective speed to meet the need of phosphorus by cotton and a optimum infective rate(≤65%)to a lower consumption of assimilation products of cotton at the least amount. A new species of Glomus to be named has a bright applied feature in Huanghuaihai Cotton Region.
