摘要
目的总结肿瘤患者PICC置管后发生下肢深静脉血栓的护理要点。方法对20例肺癌患者PICC置管后诱发下肢深静脉血栓患者采取药物治疗、给予置管前后等护理。结果患者经过治疗后均痊愈,无患者发生肺栓塞。结论PICC后的临床专业、及时与有效的护理可减少PICC后深静脉血栓发生的几率,以及提高血栓发生后的治愈率。
Objective To summarize the nursing points of cancer patients suffered deep venous thrombosis after PICC. Methods 20 lung cancer＇s patients accepted PICC induced deep venous thrombosis patients were taken medication, and other care were given before and after the catheter. Results All of the patients were cured after treatment, and no cases of pulmonary ernbolis. Conclusion Professional, timely and effective clinical care after PICC could effectively reduce deep vein thrombosis, as well as to improve the cure rate of thrombosis.
