摘要
目的探讨地塞米松预处理对经外周置入中心静脉导管所致静脉炎的预防效果.方法将218例行经外周置入中心静脉导管的患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,各109例.观察组置管前使用地塞米松溶液进行预处理,对照组使用生理盐水进行预处理,比较两组患者静脉炎发生率及并发症发生率.结果观察组静脉炎发生率为6.42%,对照组为20.18%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01).两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论地塞米松预处理有助于降低经外周置入中心静脉导管所致静脉炎发生率,且安全性高,值得推广应用.
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of dexamethasone pretreatment on phlebitis caused by peripherally inserted central venous catheter.Methods 218 cases of PICC patients were ran-domly divided into two groups,109 cases in each group.The observation group was pretreated with dexa-methasone solution before catheterization,and the control group was pretreated with physiological saline. The incidence of phlebitis and the incidence of co mplications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was 6.42%,and that in the control group was 20.18%.The observation group was significantly lower than the control group ( P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups ( P>0.05).Conclusion Dexamethasone pretreatment can reduce the incidence of phlebitis caused by peripherally inserted central venous catheter,and it is safe and worthy of popularization and application.
