摘要
目的 测定 HT- 2毒素对 Hela细胞 DNA的损伤作用 ,检验单细胞电泳法 (SCGE)在人群试验中的可行性。方法 应用 SCGE和细胞生长抑制实验 (MTT)。结果 HT- 2毒素具有致 DNA损伤的作用 ,并随着毒素剂量的增加 ,DNA损伤程度加重。80 0 ng/ ml的尾长为 (2 8.4± 5 .6 7) μm,16 0 0 ng/ ml时为 (5 5 .8± 10 .47) μm,呈剂量反应关系。结论 HT- 2毒素具有致细胞 DNA损伤的作用。
Objective To detect the DNA damage of Hela cells caused by HT 2 toxin.Methods We conducted this study with MTT and Single Cell Gel Electrophoresis (SCGE).Results The results showed that HT 2 toxin can damage the cell DNA,and the dose effect relationship is founded that with the dose increasing (800 ng/ml to 1600 ng/ml),the degree of DNA damage is increasing,the tail length are (28.4±5.67)μm and (55.8±10.47)μm,respectively.Conclusions HT 2 toxin can cause the cell DNA damage.
