摘要
本文报告了作者关于大骨节病致病因子传播途径的研究结果,认为大骨节病致病因子传播途径是由多个环节组成的链条。主要是:病区的自然环境和肥沃、潮湿的土壤适合镰刀菌生长,落后的收割方式使谷粒易受土壤及其中的镰刀菌所污染,收获季节多雨谷粒潮湿适合镰刀菌寄生,谷粒水分大仓库防湿不佳促进了镰刀菌的生长,磨粉过程给了镰刀菌侵入谷粒内部并产毒的机会,幼儿、少儿食用此种谷物的制粉引起发病。对阻断病因链条各环节的适宜措施做了扼要讨论。
The Author reported the result of studies on transmission path of etiologicfactor of KBD,and claimed that this Path is an complex procedure composedof several links.Those are mainly:the natural environment and moist—fertilesoil in KBD endemic area are suitable for existence of Fusarium,old harvestmethod in KBD endemic area make grain easy to contaminating with soil andFusarium in it,moist grain and a bad granary for use increases the rate ofFusarium development,the flur—melling process presents all opportunity forinvading of Fusarium into flour and producing of toxins(Threitol),childreneated this flour,after a period,some of them may be sufered from KBD.Theauthor discussed the meaning of this finding and how to block of thetransmission path briefly.
