摘要
本文以山钢股份莱钢特钢事业部炼钢二车间90 t 6#转炉生产现状为依据基础,从原料铁水条件和冶炼过程操作条件进行氧枪粘钢原因分析,研究得出铁水硅含量条件稳定、合理枪位控制、控制炉底上涨和采用锥体氧枪等措施能够较好的解决转炉氧枪粘钢问题,可供生产者操作借鉴。
Based on the production Status of the Second steelmaking Workshop 80 Tons BOF Oxygen Lance in Laiwu Iron and Steel Special Steel Division, according to the molten iron material conditions and smelting operation conditions to analysis the sticking,the effective measures to resolve the sticking were carried out: stability of the silicon content in metal, optimize the lance position control and cone oxygen lance, for practical production provides the guidance.
