摘要
阐述了"预焙阳极是铝电解生产的心脏"观念和铝电解对预焙阳极质量的要求,论述和分析了提高预焙阳极质量的条件和措施。从生产实践方面,进一步论证和加强了"优质原料是阳极质量的基础,工艺条件稳定是阳极质量的保证"的理念。
In this paper the concept that pre -baked carbon anode is the heart of aluminium electrolysis production and the demand for anode quality for aluminium electrolysis were introduced. The measures and conditions for increasing anode quality were illustrated and analysed. Finally it was indicated that high quality raw material is the base of carbon anode quality, and keeping the technical condition stabilization is the assurance of anode quality in the production practice
