大锥度锥体氧枪研发及在半钢炼钢条件下的应用 被引量:1

Study and Development of Big Taper Cone Oxygen Lance and Application on Steelmaking With Semi-Steel

摘要 为解决半钢炼钢条件下的氧枪粘枪问题,研制了新型大锥度锥体氧枪用于半钢炼钢,同时设计了新型5孔喷头替代原有4孔喷头以配合锥体氧枪的使用。通过进行阶段性的工业实践,新设计的5孔锥体氧枪具备了化渣快、吹炼过程平稳、粘渣后能够自行脱落等特点,很好地解决了氧枪粘枪问题,同时氧枪喷头寿命也有大幅度提高。 In order to solve the problem of adhesion of slag to oxygen lance, a new big taper cone oxygen lance was studied and developed for steelrnaking with semi-steel, and also five hole nozzle was designed to replace the four hole nozzle to cooperate with the application of cone oxygen lance. Results by stages of industrial practices shows that the new cone oxygen lance with five holes nozzle has advantage to forming the slag fast, going on smoothly of blowing process and removing the slag sticking on the oxygen lance automatically. The problem of slag sticking on oxygen lance was solving, and nozzle life was prolonged at the same time.
