摘要
目的:分析吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗高血压病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将56例血压控制欠佳的高血压病住院病人,在维持原降压方案的基础上,加用吴茱萸穴位贴敷神阙、双侧涌泉和双侧太冲,每日1次,治疗2周,观察治疗前后的血压变化及不良反应。结果:56例中显效20例,占35.7%;有效28例,占50%;无效8例,占14.2%。平均血压下降13/8mmHg。6例出现局部皮肤瘙痒,无需特殊处理,去除药末数小时后症状消失。结论:吴茱萸穴位贴敷降压效果理想,安全性高。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and security of acupoint application with Fructus Evodiae Rutaecarpae on patients with hypertension disease. Methods 56 hypertensive in-patients with poorly controlled blood pressure were treated by Fructus Evodiae Rutaecarpae acupoint application （choosing bilateral Shenjue and Yongquan and Taichong） once a day for 2 weeks, at the same time they were allowed to receive original medical treatment. The blood pressure and the adverse reaction were observed before and after acupoint application treatment. Results Amorg 56 cases, 20 cases were markedly effective accounting for 35.7 %; 28 cases were effective, accounting for 50 %; 8 cases were ineffective, accounting for 14.2 %. The average blood pressure was decreased 13/8 mmHg. 6 cases appeared local skin itching, but need no special treatment. The adverse reaction symptoms would disappear after the removal of the powder in a few hours. Conclusion The Fructus Evodiae Rutaecarpae acupoint application was an antihypertensive therapy with ideal effect and high safety.
