摘要
综述中医外治法对高血压病病人的一氧化氮、内皮素、血液流变学、微循环、红细胞膜钠、钙泵活性及胰岛素抵抗的作用机制及其在临床上的应用,探讨其作用机制,发挥中医外治法治疗高血压病的简、便、验、廉等优势。
The effects of external therapy of TCM on nitric oxide, endothelin, the blood theology, the microcirculation, the activity of Na^＋ - K ^＋ ATPase and Na^＋ - Mg^2＋ ATPase and the insulin resistance were reviewed. As one of a way to treat hypertension, there are some advantages for the external therapy of TCM. It is a convenient, effective and cheap one.
