摘要
目的调查临床年轻护士组织支持感与工作满意度的现状,并探讨二者之间的关系。方法采用组织支持感量表和工作满意度量表对浙江省金华市5所综合性医院的142名临床年轻护士进行问卷调查。结果临床年轻护士的组织支持感总分为(2.81±0.39)分,工作满意度总分为(3.02±0.46)分;相关分析显示组织支持感各维度评分与工作满意度均呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示,情感性支持和工具性支持是工作满意度的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论医院管理者应采取有效且针对性强的组织支持措施,提高临床年轻护士的组织支持感,进而有效提高其工作满意度,稳定年轻护理队伍。
Objective To investigate the status of perceived organization support and job satisfaction of clinical young nurses,and to analyze the relation- ship between them. Methods Totally,142 young nurses were recruited from 5 comprehensive hospitals of Jinhua and investigated with perceived organization supporl scale and job satisfaction scale. Results The scores of perceived organization support and job satisfaction of clinical young nurses were (2.81 ±0.39) and (3.02 ± 0.46) ,respectively. Correlation analysis showed that perceived organization support and its dimensions were positively correlated with job satisfac- tion ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that emotional support and instrumental support were significant influencing factors of job satisfaction (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Hospital managers should take effective and targeted interventions to improve young nursesj perceived organization sup port,and then improw their job satisfaction,so as to stabilize the young nurse team.
