摘要
由于清洗设备所在现场环境变化较大,传统的PID控制不能快速的将温度控制在最佳状态。使用模糊控制,能更好的应对各种工作环境,相应速度快,克服了传统PID调节器超调大的特点。介绍了用S7-300 PLC实现工件温度模糊控制,提出了模糊控制的运算思路和编程方法。系统具有成本低、响应快、可靠性高等特点。
Environment is complex at industrial site. PID control can' t keep temperature down quickly. But fuzzy control adjust regulating valve very fast depend on fuzzy query table. Fuzzy control also keeps temperature stable. The paper describes that part temperature fuzzy control by Siemens PLC. This paper proposes fuzzy controls' computing ideas and programming methods. This system is low cost, fast response, high reliability.
