摘要
为了满足某工业锅炉对工艺流程和控制等的要求,提出了采用Profinet和Profibus相集成的网络结构。锅炉现场控制设备的实际位置采用分布式的布置方式,并通过其软硬件的组态和系统的通信,实现了锅炉的自动监控。实际运行结果表明,锅炉控制精确、运行稳定、可靠性高,完全满足控制要求,在一定程度上提高了企业的生产水平和经济效益,为工业锅炉监控提供了良好的基础。
To meet the requirements on technological process and control for certain industrial boilers, the network structure combining Profinet and Profibus is put forward. The practical positions of the boiler field control equipment are in distributed arrangement, the automatic monitoring of the boiler is implemented through configuring hardware and software and the communication of the system. The result of practical operation shows that the control of boiler is precise, operating stably, highly reliable, fully meets control requirements, enhances the productive level and economical benefit of the enterprise, and offers excellent foundation for monitoring industrial boilers.
