摘要
目的:观察耳后注射甲强龙治疗急性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:收治急性耳鸣患者80例,将全部患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,所有患者均配合口服甲钴安分散片、盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊、银杏叶片治疗,治疗组耳后注射甲强龙,而对照组耳后注射盐酸川芎嗪注射液。结果:治疗组10例痊愈(25%),19例显效(47.5%),7例有效(17.5%),4例无效(10%),总有效率为90%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳后注射甲强龙治疗急性耳鸣的临床疗效显著,明显优于对照组,未发现不良反应。
Objective：The observation of the clinical treat-mcnt of ears after injection ofmethylprednisolone treatme-nt to acute tin- nitus.Method：Collecting 80 cases acute tinn-itus patients,from September in 2011 to September in 2012,all patients were ran- domly divided into treatment group andcon-trol group,all patients with oral a cobalt Ann dispersible tablets,flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,ginkgo leaf treatment,the treatment group ears after injection of me-thylprednis-done,and the control group ears after injec-tionligustrazine hydrochloride injection.Re-suits：In the treat-ment group,10 cases re-covered （25%）,19 cases were markedlyeffec-tive （47.5%）,7 cases effectively（17.5% ）,4 casesuneff-ectively （10%）,the total effective rate was 90% ,compared with the control group with significant difference（P 〈 0.05）, have statistical significance.Conclusion：The clinical treatment of ears after injection of methylprednisolone treatm-ent to acute tin-nitu is distinct,is better than the control-group,not found adverse reactions,is worth popularizing in clinical application.
