摘要
目的:观察复方灌肠剂联合5-氨基水杨酸制剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效,探讨复方灌肠剂组成及规范的灌肠操作方法。方法:复方灌肠液每晚睡前直肠滴注,联合5-氨基水杨酸锌胶囊口服,7天1个疗程,4周后观察疗效。结果:临床治愈38例,有效8例,无效0例,总有效率100%。结论:复方灌肠剂直肠滴注联合5-氨基水杨酸制剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意。
Objective：We want to observe the curative effect of compound enema com-bined with 5-amino salicylic acid prepara-tion for treating ulcerative colitis enema.We want to investigate the composition of com-pound enema and the normative operational approach of enema.Methods：All patients be-fore bedtime take compound enema rectal infusion combined with 5-amino salicylic acid preparation for 4 weeks.Results：The number of cured patients is 38 cases.The number of effective patients is 8 cases.The number of invalid patients is 0 cases.The to-tal efficiency is 100%.Conclusion：The effect of treatment of compound enema rectal infu-sion combined with 5-amino salicylic acid preparation for treating ulcerative colitis is well-pleasing.
