摘要
目的观察健脾止泻方保留灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将74例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组38例以健脾止泻方保留灌肠治疗。对照组36例口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片。2组均15日为1个疗程,2个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.4%,对照组为77.8%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2年后随访,治疗组总有效率为86.8%,对照组为55.6%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后电子肠镜下结肠黏膜糜烂溃疡均有明显改善,治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论健脾止泻方保留灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Jianpizhixie prescription on chronic ulcerative colitis. Methods 74 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. The 38 patients in treatment group were treated by Jianpizhixie prescription retention enema; the other 3.6 patients in control group were treated by taking sulfasalazine orally, with a treatment course of 15 days for both groups. The therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups after two treatment courses. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 97.4 %, which was 77.8% in control group. There was a significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. After two years the total effective rate in treatment group was 86.8%, which was 55.6% in control group. There was a significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jianpizhixie prescription retention enema is effective in treating chronic ulcerative colitis.
