摘要
为探讨清热解毒制剂热毒清注射液对人类免疫缺陷病毒（ＨＩＶ）在细胞内复制的影响，以ＭＴ－４细胞为靶细胞，并转染ＨＩＶ－１，从热毒清对靶细胞的亚毒性浓度始作对倍稀释，观察不同浓度热毒清对ＨＩＶ诱导细胞病变程度的影响。结果表明，热毒清亚毒性浓度（ＳＣ）为 ６．２５ｍｇ／ｍｌ，５０％有效浓度（ＥＣ５０）为０．４７３ｍｇ／ｍｌ，在 ０．７８１～６．２５ｍｇ／ｍｌ剂量范围内，能明显抑制ＨＩＶ－１在ＭＴ－４细胞内的复制。结果提示：热毒清注射液具有较强的抗ＨＩＶ－１的作用。
In order to explore the influence of the preparation made of clearing-heat and detoxifying herbs- Reduqing injection on the replication of human immune deficiency virus (HIV) in target cells, the MT-4 cell strain was introduced as a target cell model and transfected with HIV-1. The double dilution of Reduqing injec- tion began at its subtoxic concentration on the target cells. The influences of Reduqing at different concentra- tions on the HIV-1-induced cell pathogenic changes were observed. It was found that the subtoxic concentration of Reduqing was 6. 25mg/ml, and the 50% effective concentration 0.473 mg/ml. Furthermore it was demon- strated that in the concentration range from 6. 25 mg/ml to 0. 781mg/ml Reduqing possessed the inhibitory effect on the replication of HIV-1 in the target cells. It was suggested that Reduqing would have the consider- able anti-HIV effect which might be of benefit if clinically applied in the future treatment of AIDS-patients.
