摘要
目的 :探索褪黑素 (MLT)对急性癫痫弓状核胶质细胞和神经毡的影响。方法 :30只SD大鼠随机分为对照组 (C)、癫痫组 (E)和治疗组 (T) ,采用光、电镜技术和体视学方法对弓状核胶质细胞和神经毡进行形态学研究。结果 :①三组间胶质细胞的面数分数和面数密度无显著变化 (P >0 0 5 )。②E组胶质细胞及突起明显肿胀神经毡内胶质细胞突起体积分数增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ,面数密度下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,神经元胞突则无明显改变 (P >0 0 5 )。③T组胶质细胞及突起肿胀消失 ,神经毡与对照组间无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :①急性癫痫大鼠弓状核胶质细胞的改变可能是一种保护性反应。
Objective: To investigate the effects of melatonin (MLT) on neuroglial cells and neuropil of arcuate nucleus in acute epileptic rat. Methods: 30 healthy adult Sprage -Dawley (SD) rats were divided into control(C), epileptic(E) and therapeutic(T) groups randomly. A morphological study of arcuate nucleus neuroglial cells and neuropil was done by light and electron microscopic technique and stereological method. Results: ①The areal fraction and numerical density on areas of rat arcuate nucleus glial cells in the three groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). ②Neuroglial cells and glial processes of E group was remarkably swollen, the volumetric fraction of glial processes in neuropil was increased (P<0.05), the processes of neuron had no change (P>0.05). ③The glial cells, glial processes and neuropil had no significant change in the C and T groups. Conclusion: The above results indicate that the change of glial cells in arcuate nucleus may be a kind of protective reaction, and MLT provides protection against arcuate hucleus injury in acute epileptic rat.
