摘要
从环境因素的组成、结构及包含的内容角度出发 ,再次对散装货船模糊综合安全性进行了较为详细的分析与讨论。意在能够通过模糊量化的方法 ,将散货船的安全性与环境的安全性结合起来 ,并说明该方法应用于散货船综合安全性评判中的科学性与客观性。
The compositon,structure and functions of the environmental factors in the method for fuzzy overall evaluting the safety of a bulk carrier are analyzed and discussed.By applying the fuzzy quantization method,the safety of the bulk carrier may be combined with the safety of environment and the advantages of the method for fuzzy and overall evaluation the bulk carrier safety are described.
