摘要
文章再次就散装货船模糊综合安全性评估方法中船舶因素的组成、结构及包含的内容与作用，进行了较为详细的分析与讨论。意在通过模糊量化的方法，将散货船的安全性与船舶的安全性结合起来，并说明该方法用于散货船综合安全性评判中的科学性与可行性。
In this paper,the composition and the structure of ship' s factor for fuzzy synthesis safety evaluation for bulk carriver, including their contents and functions,are analyzed and discussed in detail. It is aimed to combine the safety of the bulk carrier and the ship safety by fuzzy quantification method and to show the feasibility comprehensive safety evaluation for bulk carrier.
