刺五加注射液对氧自由基损伤猪离体冠状血管舒张功能的保护作用 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :研究刺五加注射液对外源性氧自由基 (OFR)所致猪冠状动脉内皮损伤的保护作用。方法 :以内皮依赖性舒血管物质———P物质 (SP)为诱导剂 ,观察猪冠状动脉环暴露于OFR发生系统 (H2 O2 /FeSO4 和Xan/XO)后动脉环对SP诱导的舒张反应 ,以及刺五加注射液对上述舒张反应的影响 ,并以OFR清除剂过氧化氢酶 (CAT)作对照。结果 :冠状动脉环暴露于H2 O2 (0 .8mmol/L) /FeSO4 (0 .2mmol/L)系统 30min后 ,SP诱导的内皮依赖性舒张反应显著减弱 ,刺五加能浓度依赖性地改善冠状血管舒张功能 ;刺五加 10mg/ml时与CAT组比较差异无显著性 ;刺五加 (10mg/ml)和CAT(2 5mg/L)均能对抗Xan(4 .2× 10 -4 mmol/L) /XO(0 .0 2 5u/ml)系统对冠状血管的损伤。结论 :刺五加注射液能使冠状血管内皮免受氧自由基损伤 ,保护冠状血管的舒张功能。 Objective: To study the protective action of Radix et Caulis Acanthopanacis Senticosi Injection on the endothelium injury of pig cororary artery induced by exogenous oxygen free radical.Methods: The diastolic reaction of after arterious circle of coronary artery circle exposed to the OFR starting system(H 2O 2/FeSO 4 and Xan/XO) to SP induction and the effect of Radix et Caulis Acanthopanacis Senticosi Injection on the diastolic reaction were observed with the endothelium dependent dilator substance——P substance (SP) as an inducer and OFR eliminating agent catalaze (CAT) as a control drug. Results: In 30 min after coronary artery circle was exposed to the system of H 2O 2 (0.8mmol/L)/FeSO 4 (0.2mmol/L), the endothelium dependent diastolic reaction induced by SP was obviously weakened. Radix et Caulis Acanthopanacis Senticosi (10mg/ml) and CAT(25mg/L) all could improve the injury of Xan (4.2×10 -4 mmol/L)/XO(0.025u/ml) system of coronary artery.Conclusion: Radix et Caulis Acanthopanacis Senticosi Injection can protect the endothelium of coronary artery from injury of oxygen free radical and protect the diastolic function coronary artery.
