摘要
在湿壁塔气液传质过程中,液体表面张力α的变化对气膜传质系数k_α的影响,尚未见文献报导。本文用水中添加表面活性剂的方法改变表面张力,在湿壁塔中测定了水吸收空气中氨的k_α,得知k_α随α的降低而减小,并得出计算k_α的关联式。
The effect of interracial tension on gas phase mass transfer coefficient was studied in a wetted wall column using ammonia water scrubbing as test system. The variation of interfacial tension was achieved by adding a minute amount of surfactant to the absorbent water. The results showed that gas phase mass transfer coefficient decreases as interracial tension decreases. An empirical correlation describing the effect of o on k_g was presented.
