摘要 本文提出了同时估算滴流床内气液传质系数和持液量的阶跃响应S域分析法,着重讨论了液体表面张力对床内气液传质系数的影响,并给出了计算床内气液传质系数和持液量的关联式。 A step response S-region analytic method was proposed to predict the gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient K_L· a and the liquid hold-up simultaneously in the operating experimental bed. The proposed method has many advantages over previous methods, such as high accuracy and easy to calculate. The effects of surface tension on the gas-liquid mass transfer ocefficients were studied. K_L· a incresaes with decreasing the surface tension of the liquid phase. The gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient and the liquid hold-up were determined experimentally in a 50ram diameter tower with 260mm packing height by the step method proposed. The diameters of spherical packing are 3.87,4.81, and 8. 4ram, respectively. Equation correlated from the experimental data can be used to predict the gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient and the liquid hold-up at given operating conditions.
