摘要
必须科学解读“医院管理年”:医院管理年不是运动年;要重在构建长效机制。医院管理年必须引入现代管理理念;整合与协调医院管理年同“五项要务”的关系,即同质量监管、医疗安全及质量持续改进、贯彻落实医院管理评价指南(试行)、医院评审制度、医院现代化建设以及强化政府职能转变的关系。
“Hospital Management Year” is to develop long-term mechanism of hospital management rather a campaign year.Modern hospital management must be involved into “Hospital Management Year” and integrate the relationship of “five efforts”,which are quality management,medical safety and quality improvement,hospital menagement evaluation guideline,hospital accreditation,modern hospital establishment and transfer of government regulation.
