摘要
认证制度是保障与提升专业学位研究生教育质量的重要途径和手段。专业学位研究生教育的发展需要与之相适应的认证制度来进行保障。专业学位研究生教育认证制度,需要在积极营造良性制度环境的条件下,在对认证制度进行合理性论证的基础上,从社会规范、社会关系和文化认知等三个层面进行系统化的建构。
Accreditation is an important assurance for the quality of postgraduate professional degree education and is highly necessary for the development of such education. The construction of a commensurate accreditation system will only be possible in a friendly institutional environment and on the basis of thorough evaluation in the framework.of social norms, community relations and cultural cognition.
