摘要
近年来,河北省非211高校的硕士研究生教育出现了生源结构的变化,来自于三本院校的学生已经成为研究生的主体。由于三本院校的教育目标、教育理念、教育环境和教育方式都明显地不同于一本、二本高校,从而使学生们在学术型研究生的发展道路上遇到了不小的难题。本文以财政学专业为例,分析了生源结构变化的不利影响,并提出了相应的对策建议。
Some changes have taken place in the structure of graduate student sources in non-Program 211 universities in Hebei province in recent years with most students coming from third-echelon colleges. These students with a different background from those out of better-rated colleges often face more difficulties in their studies. Our case study of a finance program illustrates the adverse effects of such changes and presents corresponding corrective strategies.
