摘要
提高教育质量和促进学生全面发展、适应社会需要是新时期研究生教育首要任务。基于系统管理理论视角,新时期地方高校工科硕士研究生教育质量保障管理系统包括人才的地方社会效应、培养机制改革及管理创新、构建质量评价指标体系及组织自评估三个部分。因此,地方高校培养工科高层次创新型应用人才质量保障应创新培养理念和管理机制,建立质量自评价机制。
Improving education quality,promoting the all-round development of students,and meeting the needs of society are the main tasks of graduate education in the new era. In accordance with the systems management theory perspective,a quality assurance system for current engineering masters programs at local colleges and universities includes three parts: local social effect of graduates, talent cultivation mechanism reform and management innovation,and an evaluation index system and self quality assessment. Therefore,local colleges and universities should innovate their talent cultivation philosophy and management mechanism,and build a quality self-evaluation mechanism to train high-caliber innovative practical talent.
