摘要
依据教育部公布的统计数字,分析地方高校工程学科在全国研究生培养体系中的地位;基于调查数据,分析中南某省地方高校工科研究生的基本就业形势,包括就业去向、影响因素、价值取向、学科差异等,提出提高地方高校工科硕士生就业质量的若干建议。
The status of postgraduate engineering programs of local universities was investigated based on the statistics released by the Ministry of Education.An analysis was made into the employment situation of engineering master degree recipients from several local universities in a province in south China,including types of employers,influencing factors,preferences,and differences between specialties.In light of the findings,some suggestions are offered for improving the employment quality for engineering graduates.
