摘要
为适应火电机组投入自动发电控制(AGC)指标要求,以大同二电厂#7号机组为例,提出了600 MW亚临界机组的协调优化控制策略。针对#7机组存在的负荷快速响应能力差等问题,优化了锅炉主控动态前馈、负荷指令设定逻辑、一次风压控制回路,增设了煤质热值校正回路,并通过对机、炉主控制器参数采用自适应调整措施以及在协调控制系统中融入凝结水节流调节负荷策略,有效提高了AGC的调节品质。
As the background of No.7 unit in Datong 2nd power plant,to satisfy the optimization of coordinated con- trol system under automatic generation control (AGC) mode for 600 MW suberitical power unit was investgated. The problems existing at No.7 unit were the slow response ability to load etc. The main optimization strategies were as follows:to largely rais the speed of response by comprehensively optimizing the boiler master control dynamic feed for- ward unit and load instruction logic,optimizing primary air pressure controlling loop,adding the loop of calorieity cali- bration to adapt to coal quality variation,and designing condensate throttling and parameters adaptive method of key parameters in boiler and turbine. Finally it proves the AGC system after its optimization can improve control quality.
