摘要
介绍了使用施耐德Modicon Quantum系列控制系统,实现莱钢型钢热电厂50 MW单元机组协调控制,实现了主要工艺的自动控制、画面监控、报警和趋势记录等一系列功能。实践证明本系统机组在协调控制方面是可行的,实现了机-炉-电的一体化,维持了机炉各主要参数稳定,有效调动了各子系统协调工作,使机组保持良好的运行状态,并且能快速响应电网负荷需求的变化,供电质量显著提高。系统具有结构先进、策略合理、功能完善、可靠性高的特点。
This paper describes using Schneider Modicon Quantum contol system to realize the coordination control in the 50MW unit, whose functions include the automatic process control, monitoring, alarming and trend record. Practice proves that the system is feasible in the coordination control of unit, realizing the integration control of generator-boiler, to make the main parameters of generator and boiler stable.
