摘要
在常规炉跟机协调控制策略框架上,对国华锦界能源有限公司1号亚临界600MW空冷机组协调控制系统的锅炉主控前馈单元、风煤交叉限制,一次风控制系统、氧量和二次风控制系统等进行了优化,从而大大加快了锅炉侧的响应速度。通过机前压力设定值计算单元的优化,合理利用汽包蓄热,可大大提高机组的协调控制品质。
This paper reveals the latest controlling strategy of 600 MW thermal power generating unit. It sums up the optimization procedure of controlling strategy on coordinated control system of the aircooled sub-critical drum-boiler, which is Unit # 1 (600 MW) of Guohua Jinjie Energy Co. ,Ltd. Based on the routine framework of controlling strategy coordinated based on BFT,the rational optimization strategies are added by which the unit coordination controlling performance are largely improved. The main optimization strategies are as follows: to largely raise the speed of respond to boiler side by comprehensively optimizing the boiler master control feed forward unit, canceling the restriction to air - coal cross, optimizing primary air controlling system and oxygen and secondary air controlling system; to raise speed of respond to unit load by optimizing throttle pressure setting value to calculate the rational use of boiler drum thermal storage. The above methods can also be generally applied to the coordination and controlling system of other thermal power generation units to raise speed of respond to unit load and improve the stability of unit operation.
