摘要
介绍了用95%的甲醇作提取剂,从陈皮中提取橙皮苷的方法。用正交试验法选择最佳工艺条件为:温度85℃,pH值为4,提取4h,纯度为85.7%。经两次重结晶,纯度可达94.7%。该工艺操作简单,稳定可行。所得橙皮苷产品的红外光谱图与橙皮苷的标准品红外光谱图相符。
The method of hesperidin extraction by using the extraction material of 95% methyl alcohol was introduced. The optimum technological conditions were determined by the orthogonal test, which were at 85℃, pH4 and 4h of extracting time. The purity of extract was 85.7%. By using twice recrystallizations, the purity can be raised to 94.7%. This process was also simple, steady and feasible. The infrared spectrum diagram of this hesperidin product obtained accorded with that of the standard hesperidin.
