炭化表板仿古实木复合地板工艺研究 被引量:4

A study on archaize effect on the carbonization process of three-layer parquet face veneer

摘要 采用缺氧高温热处理法对有色差的柞木表板进行改性处理,研究热处理温度、热处理时间、干燥基准对柞木表板三层实木复合地板抗弯强度(MOR)、弹性模量(MOE)、颜色以及漆膜附着力的影响。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高,处理时间的延长,地板的MOR、MOE总体呈下降趋势。当热处理温度为190℃,时间为2h,硬基准时,柞木表板的L*值为44.97,a*值为11.29、b*值为20.39,边芯材基本无色差,仿古效果明显。热处理温度超过210℃,漆膜附着力明显降低。综合考虑柞木表板三层实木复合地板的力学性能和仿古效果等因素,选定最佳工艺参数为:190℃,2h,硬基准。 This experiment was conducted at three different factors and three levels using high temperature process, and the effect of treatment temperature, treatment time and drying benchmark on the bending strength (MOR), modulus of elasticity (MOE), color and film adhesion of chromatic aberrated three-layer Parquet face veneer was investigated in this study. The results show that: with the increase of heat treatment temperature, treatment time, the floor of the MOR, MOE was decreased. When the heat treatment temperature is 190 ℃, 2h, hard-drying benchmark, the oak face veneer' s L*was 44.97, a* was 11.29, b*was 20.39, and color difference between side and core was decreased. The heat treatment temperature was over 210 ℃, the adhesion of the film decreased obviously. Considering the factors of mechanical properties of oak table plate three layers of solid wood composite floor and antique effect, the optimal process parameters were: 190 ℃, 2h, hard-drying benchmark.
