摘要 对落叶松、榆木和水曲柳3种木材进行缺氧高温处理,以异氰酸酯胶黏剂、脲醛胶和VAE乳液(醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液)作为胶黏剂,探讨适合3种处理材的胶黏剂。结果表明:VAE乳液和异氰酸酯胶黏剂更加适合处理材的胶接;经缺氧高温热处理后,3种木材的胶合性能均有不同程度的降低,与未处理材相比落叶松胶合性能下降幅度较小,榆木和水曲柳下降幅度较大;为得到最优的胶合性能,落叶松处理工艺不用进行喷蒸处理,榆木喷蒸预处理6h,水曲柳喷蒸预处理3h。 Through hypoxia high temperature heat-treated larch, elm and ash, with isocyanate, urea formaldehyde resin and VAE as adhesive, this study discussed the adhesive suitable for the three kinds of treated wood. The results showed that VAE and isocyanate adhesive is more suitable for bonding treated wood; for three kinds of hypoxia high temperature heat treated wood, the bonding performance of all were decline at different degrees, compared with the untreated wood, the decline of treated larch is lesser, elm and ash of that are bigger; in order to get the optimal bonding performance, the treatment process of larch was without steam pretreatment, elm was 6h, ash was 3h.
