摘要
以辣椒胞质雄性不育系‘8A’与保持系‘8B’为材料,对不同发育时期花蕾中脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量及POD、CAT酶活性进行了动态比较研究.结果表明:保持系‘8B’花蕾脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量均显著高于不育系‘8A’,且保持系呈持续增强趋势,而不育系则呈逐渐减弱趋势;不育系‘8A’花蕾中的POD酶活性显著高于保持系‘8B’,而CAT酶活性不育系‘8A’低于保持系‘8B’;不育材料‘8A’与保持系‘8B’所测的蛋白质、脯氨酸含量及POD、CAT酶活性之间差异显著.据此认为不育系花药中营养物质的缺乏以及同工酶的异常与小孢子败育密切相关.
The sterile line 8A and maintainer line 8B of pepper were chosen as experimental material, the changes of the content of proline and soluble protein,and activity of peroxidase (POD)and catalase (CAT)were determined at different development stage.The results showed that the content of proline and soluble protein in sterile line 8A was significantly lower than that of in maintainer line 8B.The activity of POD in sterile line 8A was significantly higher than that of in maintainer line 8B;however,the activity of CAT in sterile line 8A was significantly lower than that of in maintainer line 8B.The activity of POD in sterile line 8A kept rising,while in maintainer line 8B decreased.The activity of CAT in sterile line 8A kept decreasing,while in maintainer line 8B rose.It is suggested that the content of proline and soluble protein, and the activity of POD and CAT may be related with the occurrence of male sterile flax.
