摘要
目的:建立双黄连口服液的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:用Cosmosil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长330nm。结果:指纹图谱13个共有峰,对其中4个峰进行指认,分别是绿原酸、松脂醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷、连翘酯苷和黄芩苷。结论:该分析方法具有很好的精密度、重现性和稳定性,共有峰的相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于3%,符合指纹图谱相关要求,可作为双黄连口服液质量控制的一种有效方法。
Objective:To establish the fingerprints of Shuanghuanglian (SHL) oral liquid by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: The separation was performed on a Cosmosil C18 column (250mm ×4.6mm,5μm) with methanol - water as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. OmL/min. The detective wavelength was set at 330nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results :Fingerprints of SHL oral liquid consisted of 13 common peaks. Conclusion: This method is accurate, repeatable and stable. The RSDs of relative retention time and area of aimed peaks which exis- ted in all samples were less than 3 %. The results are in accordance with the request of fingerprinting. The fingerprinting can efficiently control the quality of SHL oral liquid.
