摘要
目的:建立直接进样石墨炉原子吸收法测定双黄连口服液中Pb含量的测量方法。方法:用浓度为0.15 mol·L-1HNO3将双黄连口服液稀释5倍,以十二烷基硫酸钠作为基体改进剂,选择灰化温度600℃,原子化温度1800℃,氩气作为保护气体,利用石墨炉原子吸收法测定Pb的含量。结果:在优化条件下测定Pb的加标回收率为98.2%~102.7%,精密度(RSD)≤2.67%,检出限为3.16 ng·mL-1。结论:直接进样石墨炉原子吸收法测定双黄连口服液中Pb的含量,不需要进行样品的复杂处理,方法快速、准确、无污染。
Objective:To establish the method for determination of lead in Shuang Huanglian oral liquid using direct sampling graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods:Shuang huanglian oral liquid was di- luted for 5 times in 0. 15 mol · L-1 HNO3 with the addition of C12H25NaO4S as a matrix modifier and ashed at 600 ℃ and atomized at 1800 ℃ for determination of lead using direct sampling graphite furnace atomic absorption speetrophotometry under the protection of argon. Results:The recovery of lead in spiked Shuang Huanglian oral liquid was 98.2% - 102. 7%. The relative standard deviation of precision was less than or equal to 2.67%. The detection limit was 3.16 ng ·mL-1. Conclusion:This method is rapid, accurate and non -pollution without complex sample pretreatment.
