摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定小儿退热口服液中绿原酸和黄芩苷的含量方法。方法采98.2%,RSD=1.2%(n=6)。结论建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Xiaoer Tuire Koufuye.Methods The method was performed on VP-ODS C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,with mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,detection wavelength was set at 327 nm.Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity with the range of 23.2~92.8 μg·mL-1 for chlorogenic acid,the average recovery was 98.0%,with RSD of 1.0%,and had a good linearity with the range of 69.2~276.8 μg·mL-1 for baicalin,the average recovery was 98.2% with RSD of 1.2%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,it can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
