摘要
世界最大的聚丙烯生产厂蒙太尔公司以组建合资公司的形式进入日本聚丙烯制造业 ,受到亚洲聚丙烯业界的关注 ,本文浅析这一国际间的合并重组面临的问题及可能采取的发展战略 ,并对我国聚丙烯产业发展提出建议。
Montell,the largest producer of PP in the world has jointed venture to entry the manufacture of PP in Japan.This action has received much attention from the producers of PP in Asia.This review intends to discuss briefly on the forthcoming issue of international reform and the development stratagem which may be taken,and make a suggestion for developing the new kind of PP in our country.
