摘要
国内采用间歇式液相本体法(简称间歇式)的聚丙烯(PP)装置已达60多套,每年总生产能力已超过1Mt。随着连续法PP工艺日益成熟且大型化,市场对PP品种与质量的要求日益提高,使间歇式PP产业发展面临严峻的挑战,及时了解产业现状及发展趋势对现有装置的发展有着重要意义。通过对间歇式PP工艺发展的回顾及国内装置运行现状的分析,提出了促进间歇式PP产业发展的建议。
There are dozens of polypropylene (PP) plants that adopted batch liquid phase process in China and their total production capacity reaches over one million tons per year. Since the continuous process of PP is increasingly getting mature and large-scale and the market demand for varieties and quality of PP resin is becoming stronger, the development of batch liquid bulk PP industry is facing severe challenge. Therefore, it is significant for the further development of the existing PP plants to understand in time the status and current trend of the PP industry. Through the retrospect of the technological development of batch PP and analysis of operational situation of the domestic PP plants, a suggestion has been presented for promoting the development of batch PP industry.
