摘要 研究了丙烯本体聚合后在聚丙烯基体中进行乙丙共聚合的各种反应条件 ,发现共聚合金中的共聚物含量和乙烯含量都随反应温度的升高、时间的延长、气相中乙烯含量增加和气相压力的增加而增加。其中气相乙烯含量和气相压力的改变对共聚物的组成影响最显著。随着气相乙烯含量和气相压力的增加 ,合金中EP和乙烯含量随之增加。同时也发现 ,聚丙烯合金中的乙烯含量高达 2 7%时 ,聚合物粒子仍有较好的流动性。 s The reaction condition for EP copolymerization in PP matrix after propylene bulk polymerization was studied.It was found the copolymer and ethylene contents in the alloy increased with the increase of reaction temperature and time,the ethylene content in gas phase and gas phase pressure.The changes of gas phase ethylene content and gas phase pressure had most obvious effect on the componet of the copolymer.The results showed the change of the above mentioned reaction condition could adjust the component and property of PP alloy easily.The EP and ethylene contents in the alloy increased with the increase of gas phase ethylene content and pressure.It was also found when the ethylene content in PP alloy was up to 27%,the polymer particle still gad good flowability,which was of great importance to commercial production.
