煤油泵用铜基轴尾密封材料及其摩擦学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用粉末冶金工艺,研制了一种牌号为nmF10-1的煤油泵用新型轴尾密封材料。该材料在煤油中的磨损量是现有密封材料nm663的1/6,PH17的1/19。该材料密封环在煤油泵上进行70h动密封试验,泄漏量为0,有效解决了现有密封材料泄漏量超标问题。摩擦学性能研究表明,自润滑成分Sn、Pb、Zn与Cu、Ni形成合金,并在颗粒边界析出,纳米Al2O3在颗粒周围弥散分布,使nmF10-1新型密封材料具备优异的抗干磨、抗粘着、自润滑、易磨合的综合密封性能。 In this paper,powder metallurgy technique was used to develop a new sealing material(grade nmF10-1)for shaft end of kerosene pump.The wear extent of this material in kerosene is 1/6 of existing sealing material nm663 and 1/19 of PH17 material.The leakage rate is zero in the dynamic seal test of seal ring made of this material for 70h with kerosene pump,so it effectively solves the problem of excessive leakage for existing sealing material.The tribological properties show that new nmF10-1 sealing material in this study possesses excellent comprehensive sealing performance such as dry-grinding resistance,antisticking,self-lubricating,easy running-in,etc,which is due to self-lubricating elements Sn,Pb and Zn forming alloys with Cu,Ni and precipitating on the particle boundaries,and nano-scale Al2O3 distributing uniformly around the particles.
