摘要
针对铜-铝系粉末压坯烧结出现的异常膨胀,采用熔铸中间合金γ_2(Cu_9Al_4)相实现 Al合金化,Cu-γ_2 预合金化处理,及添加羰基镍实现微量液相烧结等措施。解决了由于克肯达尔效应、相体积效应及相变潜热等综合作用引起的异常膨胀。为开发铜-铝系粉末冶金产品奠定了理论及实践基础。
To investigate and further to eliminate the abnormal expansion whichoften take place in the sintering of Cu--Al system powder billet, the moltenintermediate alloting phase γ_2(Cu_9Al_4) has been introduced in for Al alloyingand Cu--γ_2 prealloying, as well as hydoxylic Ni added in for micro liquid--phasesintering. In this way the abnormal expansion can be eliminated, which is ca-used complexly by such factors as Kacandall effect, phase volume effect andlatent heat of phase transformation, etc. The investigation will lay theoretica-lly and practically a foundation for developing further the Cu-Al system po-wder products.
