摘要
目的:探讨膝骨性关节炎患者治疗及中医特色护理干预措施,为提高膝骨性关节炎治愈率提供参考依据。方法:将90例膝骨性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为三组,分别为膝眼穴组30例、电致孔透皮给药组30例、膝眼穴电致孔透皮给药组30例,治疗后分别进行症状改善的比较。结果:膝眼穴电致孔透皮给药症状改善明显优于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对膝骨性关节炎进行膝眼穴电致孔透皮给药护理干预,药物价廉、操作简单易行、无痛苦,对提高整体护理效果有积极意义。
Objective：To discuss and evaluate current knee osteoarthritis treatment and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention with patients so as to improve the cure rate of osteoarthritis of knee to provide reference. Method：Ninety patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into 3 groups,respectively,30 cases for eye of the knee point nursing groups,nursing intervention on electroporation transdermal drug delivery group 30 cases,eye of the knee point electroporation transdermal delivery of nursing intervention group of 30 patients. Then improving of the symptom was compared after treatment. Result：Eye of the knee point electroporation transdermal delivery of nursing intervention symptoms improved significantly better than the other two groups,the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Eye of the knee point in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee nursing intervention on electroporation transdermal drug delivery have an reasonable drug price,operation simple and easy, painless,positive significance to improve the effect of holistic nursing care.
