摘要
目的:探讨膝骨性关节炎(OA)近年来的治疗概况。方法:查阅近年有关文献,简述发病机制及中药内外治法、推拿与针灸治疗、西药内服治疗、物理治疗、膝关节镜手术、全膝关节置换术、关节腔内注射药物治疗、高压氧治疗、医用臭氧治疗以及功能锻炼等,对每一种治疗作了简要的分析。结果与结论:认为OA的发病是多种因素共同作用的结果,不应简单认为是一个单独的疾病,而是一种关节衰竭综合征,治疗分为保守与手术疗法两大类。
Objective：To investigate the therapy of knee osteoarthritis in recent years.Methods：the recent literatures,studying the pathogenesis and herbal internal and external treatment and acupuncture,massage therapy,internal medicine,surgery,physical therapy,total knee replacement,articular cavity injected drug therapy,hyperbaric oxygen therapy,medical treatment and functional exercise ozone etc,every kind of therapy are briefly analyzed.Result and conclusion：the incidence of the common factor,should not be simple thought is a separate disease,but a joint failure syndrome,treatment is divided into two types with conservative surgical therapy.
