回顾了山核桃外蒲壳中含有的多种有效成分和功能。山核桃外蒲壳含有醌类、烯类、醇类等抑菌成分,且富含多种挥发油、脂肪酸、色素及矿物元素;山核桃外蒲壳具有抑菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、镇痛、消炎等多种功能,具有广阔的开发和利用前景。
The article reviewed the ingredients and functions of Hickory Hell. The components of quinones, alkenes, alcohols with antimicrobial ability as well as other components of essential oils, fatty acids, pigments and minerals were present in Hickory Hell. The Hickory Hell had functions of antimicrobial, antioxidant, antitumor, analgesia and antiphlogosis, which showed application and development potential.
