摘要
采用冷浸法用甲醇溶剂提取山核桃外果皮的杀虫活性成分。分别用浸虫浸叶法和浸叶法测定了提取物对小菜蛾2龄幼虫、斜纹夜蛾2龄中期幼虫、朱砂叶螨成螨和小麦蚜虫的杀虫活性。结果表明,山核桃外果皮甲醇提取物药剂对蚜虫具有较好的毒杀作用,其LC50为0.0428g·mL-1;山核桃外果皮甲醇提取物药剂对小菜蛾、斜纹夜蛾的毒杀作用较弱,在供试药剂为原液(质量浓度为1g·mL-1)时,小菜蛾和斜纹夜蛾的校正死亡率分别为23.40%、9.81%;所有被测质量浓度的山核桃外果皮甲醇提取物药剂对朱砂叶螨都没有毒杀作用。
The insecticidal components were extracted from the husk of Carya cathayensis Sarg.by cold soaking method with methanol.The insecticidal activities against second instar larvae of Plutella xylostella,second instar larvae of Prodenia litura Fabricius,adult acarids of Tetranychus cinnabarinus as well as Schizaphis graminum were studied.Results showed that the extract from the husk of C.cathayensis had better insecticidal activity against S.graminum compared with the other three pests,and the LD50 was 0.042 8 g·mL-1,while the extract exhibited weak insecticidal activity against P.xylostella and P.litura.The corrected mortalities of P.xylostella and P.litura were 23.40% and 9.81% at a concentration of 1 g·mL-1.No insecticidal activity against T.cinnabarnus was detected at any tested concentration.
