摘要
目的:研究自体骨移植联合延期牙种植在修复牙槽缺损的应用价值。方法:将我院收治的牙槽骨缺损患者纳入研究对象,随机分为给予自体下颌骨移植联合延期牙种植的观察组和给予自体髂骨移植联合延期牙种植的对照组,观察种植体稳定性、基牙相关指标以及咀嚼功能指标。结果:观察组治疗后4、8、12周和16周ISQ值为69.3±8.8、74.2±8.3、79.4±10.3、84.1±11.2,咬合力(137.2±23.5)lbs,咀嚼效率为0.93±0.14,均高于对照组;牙龈指数为0.34±0.06,出血指数为0.42±0.06,松动度为0.49±0.06,均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自体下颌骨移植联合延期牙种植能够增强种植体稳定性,改善基牙情况和咀嚼功能,在牙槽缺损的修复中具有积极价值。
Objective： To study the effects of autogenous bone graft combined with delayed dental implantion in repairing alveolar bone defects. Methods： Alveolar bone defects patients in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group which were treated with autoge- nous mandible transplantation combined with delayed dental implantion and autogenous iliac bone trans- plantation combined with delayed dental implantion, respectively. Then implant stability quotient, abut- ment teeth related index and masticatory function index were observed. Results： In the observation group, 4,8,12 and 16 weeks after treatment ISQ values were（69.3_＋8.8,74.2-＋-8.3,79.4-9_10.3,84.111.2）, bite force was（137.2_＋23.5）lbs , chewing efficiency was （0.93-t-0.14）, which were all significantly better than that of the control group but indexes including gingival index（0.34-t-0.06）, bleeding index（0.42＋ 0.06）, loose degree（0.49-＋-0.06）were significantly lower than the control group （P%0.05）. Oonclusion： Autogenous mandible transplantation combined with delayed dental implanion can enhance the stability ofimplantion, improve the abutment
