摘要
目的评价自体髂骨游离移植在牙槽嵴裂修复中的价值。方法采用自体髂骨的松质骨游离移植修复牙槽嵴裂。术后1个月、3个月、6个月随访并拍摄X线片,观察植骨区的成骨情况。结果本组26例切口均一期愈合,没有出现植骨区感染、植骨暴露、口鼻瘘复发等并发症。原塌陷鼻底明显抬高,外形改善良好。结论自体髂骨的松质骨游离移植修复牙槽嵴裂能获得满意的临床效果。
Objective To explore the treatment effect of the cleft alveolar repair.Methods Clinical study with autogenous ilium crest bone free graft in cleft alveolar repair.And radiographs was evaluated after 1 month,3 months and 6 months to observe the osteoblast bone graft.Results 26 cases of incision group were primary healing and didn＇t appear bone graft site infection,graft exposure,the muzzle fistula recurrence complication etc.The original collapse nasal bottom has obvious hiked and the appearance has also improved good.Radiographs was evaluated after 1 month,3 months and 6 months and the results indicated that Free transplantation of ilium cancellous bone in fracture site have the varying degree of new bone formation and varied with the extension of time increased.Conclusion Autogenous ilium crest bone free graft in cleft alveolar repair can get satisfactory clinical effects.
