摘要
用环块磨损仪研究了不同结构的聚有机硅氧烷改性尼龙-6的摩擦性能。试验表明加入少量(<5%)的聚有机硅氧烷可降低尼龙塑料的摩擦系数和磨耗。在低速度下,聚二乙基硅氧烷改性的效果较好;但在高速下,表面迅速破坏。聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基二苯基硅氧烷改性的尼龙都有较低的摩擦系数,但后者的磨耗更小一些。
Frictional properties of plastic nylon-6 modified by polyorganosiloxane were studied with a rotating roller against the flat sample surface. It v/as found that incorporation of a small amount(<5%) of polyorganosiloxane can reduce the coefficient of friction and wear in comparison with that of controll. Polydiethylsiloxane appears effective at low speed, but the product deteriorates rapidly at high speed. To the coefficient of friction, the plastics modified by polydimethylsiloxane and polydimethyldiphenylsiloxane behave equally well,but to the wear resistance the latter one is better.
